Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

6 x 150ft hill-reps in the dark with headtorch. Moon just came out as we jogged back down from the last rep! :-)

lovely....just lovely....a bit depressing I am now going to have to find my hi-vis jacket though.

It was a good to feel as if I could keep going for another mile or so when I finished. Love that feeling. :-)

Bit hard. 15 miles. Last long run (and first one for a couple of weeks actually because of work commitments) before the GER HM in two weeks time. Furthest I've ever run and it was tough - I started off exhausted from work.
But, lovely running partner for company, sunshine, torrential rain, rainbows and I made it.

Just under 7 miles farting of the Lek. Pretty enjoyable, and reassuring to confirm that my hamstring hadn't gone "ping" during my 18-miler at the weekend, it was just a strain.
