Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice easy paced run of just under 4 miles - with a few hills for the first time post-injury. Stayed dry but quite windy - got home to discover I was locked out :( but luckily only for about quarter of an hour, meant I was very conscientious about my post-run stretching!!

Nice easy pace for me too as I'd had a stomach bug earlier in the week. Lovely and sunny + hardly anyone out, probably because there's a local half marathon tomorrow. Not sure how far - just good to get out there - prob 5 miles.

Fabbalus. Nice 6m easy in the sunshine through the woods. No injury tweaks, for the first time in a while.

5 miles - A notable breeze from time time to time, but feeling stronger on the climbs. Slight pain on the patella which I shook off about 400m into the run.

Yesterday's 30 miler was fun; I spent the first ten miles fighting a cold, the next ten miles trying to make up lost time and the last ten miles enjoying the sunshine. Same again next weekend :/
