Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

2 miles recovery run after yesterdays intervals - lovely in the rain - warm, no wind and just enough rain :-)

Fastest 5 miles of the year. Extra running is starting to pay off. 11 miles on Sunday - have been doing 7 on a Sunday last few months, so let's see how we step up.

With two dogs, on leads through town to begin with. Then followed the river and round Newbold Comyn, let the dogs off then. Loads of people, other dogs, golfers etc. The dogs are quite well trained, but not brilliantly so more work required there. Felt a bit fatigued.

extremely Hard. went out with my coach to do 6 hill reps and at the 6th one i was told to do another 2 more and i did 2 more, this is the first time that i have done so many, now i've got to beat my coach as she has done 12. Each hill rep is 0.35 mile and takes on average 2m.17s (phew i'm finished thank goodness)

Amazingly good actually. A wee 2.5 miles after a 7.5 mile bike. No ITB issues and felt strong throughout :)
