Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

So-so. Did a gentle 6 miles yesterday and for some reason felt really tired this morning and it was a struggle.
Didn't help that all local traffic suddenly homed in on my location just as I was about to cross a road and I had to divert rather than stop and wait around. Still, ended up making the distance up by running around the hospital just before shift change :)

Quite a tough run, with a much fitter friend> Dry, hot, ground quite hard, round the route of the great Bury Ditches Hill Race (Sun 25th Sept). Cracking run, viws as always, stunning. :-)

Just under 11 miles, great day for it but a bit bleurgh towards the end after an indulgent birthday weekend.

Actually bloody awful. Had trouble breathing and couldn't get going. Pace was all over the place. Probably need to train more.

It was only 2.5 miles but I managed it at 13.51 pace and I've never got under 14.00 before. Comparatively speaking it's not at all special but I'm really pleased with myself :-) Hell, I'm still impressed I can run more than 100 yards...

Wet and fast 7 miles. Pleased with legs after Sunday's 24 LSR. Good run.

Hill work, not my favourite kind of run. Very humid and I think every flying bug known to mankind was out today!
