Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Over Y Garn and the slopes of Elidir Fawr in a howling gale and torrential rain. The wind was blowing so hard that some rocks were staying dry on top! Slightly scary when I lost the path and ended up on a steep scree slope...

todays run was mostly round the edges of the fields, with the dogs (off the leads) frm the air the route would look like someone had scribbled. The edges of the fields nearest the crops have been cut and look good for running, but they aren't, the ground is realy soft and uneven. Quite hilly and no real pace, but most enjoyable :-)

Just under 5 miles of fartleks. Starting to string together a decent sequence of training for the first time in months.

Dreadful, but coming back from nout is the norm I guess. Was awflul, like slow painful plod, at least it can only get better.

Still it was lovely to be up and back nice and early!

Far too hot and sunny. Even in the shade I was sweating like crazy. 17 miles in the blazing sun wasn't a smart move, I'm shattered now.

A bit muggy today and first 11 miler for a couple of months. Had a sore shoulder after a car accident a few months ago and really felt it at 9 miles, but run was 45sec/mile faster than last time I ran it. So things are definitely on the up.
