1st run back for me after almost a year from running (and this site), managed 4 miles - run/walk. Very pleased!

brilliant- 1st club run ina few weeks so it ended up being pitch black- lots of high viz jackets, slipping in the muddy puddles that we couldnt spot...think next week it:ll be all on the pavements/roads from now on until lighter evenings are back

A blustery evening for a trail run at recovery pace. Loved seeing the leaves fly by on the wind. However, the real highlight was watching Dylandog accelerate like a fighter jet after a somewhat disorientated squirrel.

Fell and hurt my ankle in the first few minutes. Hoped to run it off but it stayed sore all the way. Swollen now *Gaddammit*

Hope it's just a temporary tweakage, Mr MacSunday
Pleasant little easy jog for me. Legs were fine until the last mile, then started to feel tired, which suggests I'd got the duration of the run about right
