Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

10 miles on the treadmill early morning with Gobi on adjacent treadmills and sprint reps in 35cm snow this evening where I could barely muster 6:45m/m pace for the "sprints".

6 miles on compact snow. Running in the snow is cool, makes me feel like Rocky.

Wow, flippin ace. And that's "Runs" by the way - squeezed a wee double in today. 4 miles easy at work, then 8 miles hilly in 1 - 1.5 ft deep snow this evening, with head torches. Slow and hard going. Bril! :-)G

ran to the supermarket for a few items, bought more than I planned and got a few very strange looks. Its downhill going meaning uphill with shopping to get home, hard work esp with the semi thawed paths but a good workout. Starting to wish the snow would go fed up with it now.

Bonkers! Laps of the park again at 7am, -9 deg. C, on compacted snow turning to ice, all over some evil ruts. 4.1 miles, no head torch.

Considered strapping old tennis rackets to my feet to see if it would help that "sinking" feeling.....thought better of it :-)
