Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Slippy icy 2.5 miles - though it is short, I was happy as I could not run for two days.., so now I can enjoy the food :-)

Uplifting 2.4 but for how good my head felt could have been 24 :-)

Second run was sluggish too. But I'm not going to blame the snow and ice, because I was running like a pot-smoking tortoise even before we got weather. And I *have* done a lot of miles since Christmas!

Pretty slow due to ice - and a bit of a chat alongside people from my local club. Enjoyable though :-)

steady 4 miles on packed snow covered pavements. Got a bit hairy where it was deeper and frozen. Legs are BLOODY achy now though - esp calves.

13.1 miles in trail shoes. Loved it. On the peak district boarder
