Brooks Vapors, Greppers. It was fine on the fresh stuff. I'm getting them in before it turns to slushy ice. Then I'm stuffed as I don't have trail shoes or spikes yet.

Took 40 minutes to do 3.2 miles but it was fun and worth it. Not too icy here. Ran through a field with about 4 inches of snow - good for getting those knees up!

Brilliant, the best run I have done for ages!!! Forgot all about schedules and running paces and just ran 6 miles for the joy of it with a pal at work. Took it slowly and did it all within the confines of Greenwich park, got a buzz from it like the first time I did a 10k!
Today I love running again!

6.5 miles on snowy pavements and a mile on a nice clear road. I will be stuffed to Nellers when it gets really slippy, the fresh stuff is not too bad to run on.

Fine until I got a bit knackered and then had to run fast to get away from orange coated hammer killer man.
(To be fair, he probably wasn't a hammer killer as I'm still here, but who goes walking in the woods on their own, without a dog or binoculars for bird watching etc etc???)
