Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

very tough out and back 6.5 miles. Pavements semi frozen deep snow. Took my wife's great uncle some shopping at mid point and then pushed some old codger's car out of the snow...so pretty rewarding as well. Ache like a b@stard now - especially the calves!

Just over 4 blissful miles round Regents Park...most of the ponds had frozen and there were a few snowmen...scariest part was when a bunch of primary school kids came flying through a gate hurling snowballs:-) :-) I need to learn how to walk on the stuff!!

A tentative run/walk to & through Holyrood park to try and chase out the last of my chesty cough. Not quite gone, but that helped. Maybe 3 miles all told. Nice to feel my legs moving again.

3.5 miles on mix of crunchy snow, solid ice and the odd bit of tarmac ...snuggled up in thermals, slow but who cares-it's kind of fun:-)

Fantastic and a sanity saver. Dithered around all day then finally got out for a cold, blustery and meagre 1.4 miles. But, boy, did I need that!
