Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I don't think I'll be in line for a PB either, Ness, but it'll be good to see you and get a tick on the attendance-register for the series :)

Sunday: 3.25 miles. Took me 3 of them to get some flexibility in my ankles, which is a slight worry. Conditions beautiful.

will be out doing mine at 8.30 - can't decide whether to do just 5 miles as it's dark & cold or to go for 7 & get me over 500 miles for the year ?

4.5 miles first time in 5 days after illness, frustrating to be off so long, nice to be back, hard work at the end so I just eased off and coasted in on the frosty paths and early morning sunshine.
