Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just over 9 miles gentle run bit later than 'usual' after ice had cleared. 2 toots, one wave, one branch in face, one dead squirrel, and satisfaction at having done my exercise.

Superb - 10miles in a winter wonderland ;-) I definitely prefer cooler conditions over hot weather for running ;-)

3.8 miles home from work, slipping and sliding all over the place decided to call it a day!

Just under 3 miles. First run in 3 weeks and it was SLOW but it felt GREAT :) I love running through the winter, much more than the warm summer months. Maybe i will now get my mojo back :)

was very cold & rather slippery underfoot in places, but reached 500 miles for the year which was pleasing as I only started logging mileage in August :)

2nd fastest 10K, best WAVA for 10 years, plus wife PB'd and saw loads of mates from my old football team and lots from running club. Just needed mate to get a PB which he missed by around 30 secs, that would have made it a 10/10 day...
