57.5 Days of Pain
A lady tripped over her dog at parkrun on Saturday. I was sympathetic having managed the feat twice.

Just saw a link to this thread in Ness's blog so thought I'd add some photos from my face plant in a race a couple of weeks ago :-)

Hope you’re mended now, Min :)

I tripped again today, but didn’t actually fall. 3 crash landings in one weekend was hopefully my quota for a while.

Not me, but my mum. She had a dream the other night where she was looking at fish in a pond and could hear them talking and even speaking to her. Them one tried to bite her and she fell out of bed bumping her head and landing on her bum. She's OK but a bit stiff around that glute.

Ouch! Yes. I fell over this morning! No photos as yet. Still need to get the gravel out of the palms of my hands! Oops!

Spare a thought for the mum from Basildon whop took a tumble during the Mums Race at her daughter's sports day.

Managed another one today, and Weath had a go at a spectacular rolypoly so we had matching scrapes
