Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Probably should have remembered that sticking up stone.

And was also admiring an almost full moon framed by the trees..

Decent belly dive - scrapes and bruises and a bit winded but no damage to clothes and glasses stayed firmly in place.

Forgot to stop the watch so ruined the split on that km.

Walked and carefully jogged the last mile home.

Sounds like you mostly escaped, which is good. Hope there's no lasting affects.

I fell down the stairs a few years ago. Landed on my back and couldn't move. Thankfully I wasn't in the house by myself.

I am recovering from my latest fall whist running on pavement and slippery leaves....bruised ribs and a very sorry for it knee.......luckily two weeks later it is all recovering well......not my phobia of slippery leaves!

Went over today for the first time in ages. It was a tree root under leaves. Good news was it was on a muddy path so nice and soft landing and I just got up and jogged on.

Climbing beach to prom tonight, a sandcastle-sized hole laid me low!

I feel over a tree root on my run today about 1km in. My arm hurts.
