I was good with my last knee scab, left it until it was good and ready. Then Instagrammed it when it came off. I've kept it in a little pot. For science.

Today's was the stupidest. I cut along a short stretch of the grass verge of our main road, trod on a ring of wire, and tripped over the other side of the wire when it was pushed up. Doubtless to the amusement of the one passing car.

I do have a scar on my knee however from last summer when I fell while going full tilt across a field trying to catch up with my mates. Worst of it was, nobody noticed I was missing, or limping, or trying not cry (it bloody hurt!) or the blood seeping through my leggings later. I'm sure I'll be back before too long...
