Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ouch, 57.5. Try to sleep with your knees bent so the scabs heal in a bent formation so they don't crack during the race.

My upright streak was ended today when I fell on a long run. I’m ramping up for London and obviously I bit too tired. My palm is the worse casualty but my legs are still ok. Picture on my blog

Surrey Phil
My first entry on this thread.

Tripped over the kerb and landed in the road. Cuts to both palms and chin. Not as much plaster coverage as chunkywizard although similar circumstances. I was nearly 11 miles into my long run and was feeling quite tired so I'll put it down to that. Also glad that it was very early and may not have been witnessed!

Ouch, heal well Phil. I did it on a main road so loads of people saw me! My wound is about the size of a 2p piece but is healing well now. Managed yoga last night but I had to use more finger tips in down dog :-)
