Just 84.19% - which admitedly isn't bad but the same race last year got me 85.88. Oh well at least it's my birthday tomorrow so the next race will get a mini boost!

In the last 7 weeks (including a birthday) I have run hard at parkrun 8 times. With a 79.** WAVA at 6 of them, high 78% at another and sneaking 80.04% once. Consistent but frustrating.
