Garmin suggested 9x 2 mins "VO2max" , haven't tried anything really hard for ages, but thought I'd see how I got on
Couldn't push self into the desired hr zone there just was't another gear today!

nor much past one minute, internal governor just says 'stop' :( and garmin was completely unimpressed - but achilles seems to have survived and it's a tiny bit of anaerobic chalked up
ideally I'd do these uphill to get the intensity - but daren't risk the achilles doing that.
