Garmin suggested 9x 2 mins "VO2max" , haven't tried anything really hard for ages, but thought I'd see how I got on
Couldn't push self into the desired hr zone there just was't another gear today!
nor much past one minute, internal governor just says 'stop'

and garmin was completely unimpressed - but achilles seems to have survived and it's a tiny bit of anaerobic chalked up
ideally I'd do these uphill to get the intensity - but daren't risk the achilles doing that.
