Fox on a run The PB was pretty much nailed on as this was my first 10 miler since Dec 2007 and I've upped my game a bit since then. Was pleased with the improvement though and the way I paced the race which was a bit undulating. Weather conditions were perfect which helped.

Akie A great well organised race! I was sub 36 through the first 5 miles but my IT band gave me a lot of pain on my right knee and that slowed my down in the second half but just finishing was an achievement through the pain.
