Sounds a nice session runningmumof3boys Recovery day - 2.75 miles in the morning sun after nights. Took a route that runs next to a small marshland. Lovely to see a little egret and see and hear the whistling wigeon. Usual strength core and yoga before setting off to work |

6.3 miles with club mates this evening. Lovely night for a run and great company. My longest run in many months too

I had a gentle trot round almost the whole of a river - it runs a couple of km from a large lake into the fjord. There's a lot of rain- and melt-water coming down, which must make it hard for fish to get up the ladder. Nice and flat for me, though ![]() |

If youโre afraid of the darkness my trail run early evening with a headlamp in an unfamiliar place was an experience. I suppose the bogeyman was me ๐ฎ

Intervals early and 8 reps this time. Pace is picking up but need to stay smoother or I won't be sustaining it. Starting to rep around 800 to mile pace more now rather than mile to 3k |

Tempo 10k, frozen hands and face by the end! needed extra time in the shower to warm up.

4 miles at lunch break. Getting over a cold again but the run felt fairly good. Sunny and not too chilly once I got moving.

5 miles and 5 x 30 sec acceleration strides with 1 minute recovery. Really enjoyed this.

Intervals today for me too: 8 x 1-min in 46 mins total. It was +2C and slightly dodgy for frost in shadowed areas, but it was a pleasure do do them in my summer Endorphin Pro 3s. Since my threshold is not being depressed by ice-spikes or snow I was rewarded by a new LT estimate more like what I was last autumn ๐๐ป I rewarded myself by ordering some Garmin smart scales from a January sale ![]() |
