Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice racing and training people.

Decided to do a time on feet run with a 2hr45 minute run to heart rate. Mainly off road. Still icy in places but others a bit muddy where the ice had melted. Managed 18.8 miles resisted the temptation to do the 0.2 to make 19 miles. Five minute or so walk home from the end of the run. Yoga strength and core work done

Great running everyone.

A slow, icy 8 miles this morning. Perhaps not the best first outing for new trainers but at least I stayed upright.

10pm. Cloud helped to keep temperature at 3 deg C. Lakes area drying up a tad; less flooding by the docks. Tide an hour from high - nowhere near the brave souls huddled round a reluctant camp fire at the baths! Prom sand bound in parts, so I looped back beyond the baths and picked up the coastal park trails. 61 min.

An hour's easy trail-run today. Still not quite warm enough to be melting 👍🏻

Looks great Steve!

Intervals went well today, I had trouble not running too fast trying to stay warm!

Given a choice of an extra layer or intervals I personally would choose … 😀

Just over 11 miles with 5 miles tempo. At first thought the tempo was a bit slower than I would have liked but turned out it was the fastest pace wise the marathon block despite been a mile longer than the previous two

I got my 5 x 4-min intervals done, totalling 48 mins. It was a pleasure to run in fast summer shoes now that the temp has swung up to +5C. Didn't stop to take any pictures today!
