This is another individual race This is 2 x 5 mile and you have to finish the first lap in 45 mins. I am going to see how my 5 mile XC goes tomorrow and then enter if I will finish in the time. It gets dark during the second lap. From what I know, it is a lot of fun and you get cake at the end

Possibly Southerns if at Parliament hill again

The new ones do seem more cushioned as well - a lot better than the 2006 versions. I want a pair...!
