Oct 2007 10:34am, 26 Oct 2007 56 posts	I know this question has come up before, but should I buy XC spikes or fell shoes? I'm not super efficient or light and wear Brooks Adrenaline 7s on the road. Kind of hoping you'll say spikes though as they're cheaper and, let's face it, look cooler too!
Rach E Oct 2007 10:36am, 26 Oct 2007 1,481 posts	Rach E Motorbreath, you need spikes. And the Nike Zoom Waffles are fab (try and get the 2007 version). If you're planning on doing some fell, multiterrain or trail races, you will need some trail shoes as well though.
