I need to get more confident at the starts though as I've been sitting at the back on the start line and then struggled to get through the crowds as it funneled down and then through the single track stuff. Next time out I'm going to commit to it a bit more.

Bit disappointed there were only 90-odd ladies in the race (think there was a N Staffs league fixture on as well) was very lonely at times by but good to see SLickster snapping away!

Could be muddy towards end of laps but given cold temps everything might just be frozen solid. I'm there as it's .5 mile from home. Was sad to miss boggart always have fun there... When are Northerns?
