Bazoaxe
more good wishes from me to this weekends marathoners.

I am long running tomorrow so I can watch berlin (assuming I will find it somewhere) Plan the same route as last week and will be watching out for my pheasant friend. Might carry a back pack just in case I nab a Sunday Lunch for the family !!!

Go Nelly indeed. Wind forecast seems to be calming down a bit so should be decent conditions. 7:15s looks to be a good plan as well

Best of luck in Berlin chaps

Good luck Gus and Donran.

Thanks all. I'm looking forward to reporting back on Sunday afternoon; hopefully with a set of splits better than those reported on this thread earlier this week :-)

Good luck donran and Nelly. And enjoy Gus.

I'm supposed to be cutting back for my half but Blind Ken wants to do 13 on Sunday, so I may do that. 13 is still a taper, right? :-) G
