Good luck Gus, I hope it goes well on Sunday. But please don't push yourself and hinder your recovery going forward.

How are you doing Nelly, you've been quite quiet during this campaign ?

Are you in as good or better shape than GMM earlier this year ? What pace have you decided to go out at ?

Hope you have a great run

Best of luck Gus, hope you smash it in Berlin. It's certainly the course for doing so. :)

Yeah, I saw that HappyG, will look out for him.

Postie, I can assure you I have no plans to smash anything, a nice steady run with no pain will have me wildly happy :-)

I've had an up and down campaign TBH Gus. July was great but mid-August and early September were disrupted by work, holiday and life. That said, I feel I'm carrying the benefit of Manchester training into this campaign, so despite the disruptions feel fitter than GMM. So I've decided to start at 7:15s.

Even though you expect not to smash anything, at least enjoy yourself in Berlin :-)

Nelly - 7.15s feels like a good call, I'd consider that on a good day, and you're easily better (and younger) than me, so it should be an achievable and non-too destructive pace.

Cheers Flatlander, will do my best :-)

Nelly, 7:15 sounds very sensible, a slight speed up from GMM, but not too much, and building on the previous campaign. Wishing you all the best on Sunday
