Great work Bowman! My next marathon will have the ascent and the terrain in the excuses queue well ahead of whatever the weather might be (I think my previous time here was 5:40 or so) |

I think I have to buy a race shirt, everyone ahead of me was sleeveless. Must account for something 🤣 I looked at the recording from the finish line and damn there was a lot of people around 3:00-3:40. How fast will you have to be to have some space at the finish line to not disappear in the crowd, or maybe choose a smaller event:) |

Yes that was kinda cool. I got on place 242 😱 in my age group. I guess if I shave it off to sub 3:20 I’ll be within the 200 fastest In the age group that is I’ll never be -that- runner. But it’s fun to see how awesome some people are. It was also really cool to look at the footage from 5-6h there where some amazing personal battles to the finish line. Really cool efforts that made me tear up a bit
