I doubt thats true WW ! I did find it interesting that the pace more or less was identical to the pace I've been running my 400m repeats, i didn't expect to be able to string 4 x 400m together though.

Fantastic run SKR. Jealous of that pace. My best is 4.54, but since lockdown my best is 5.09.

Lost some pace but that's expected with such limited running currently. Really cant be bothered to get up and go.

SKR brilliant mile, I am doing one tomorrow for the BMC virtual event, but so far off the pace just now due to lack of real training and eating too many toffypops. Think if I can go under 5.20 I would be delighted.

Did my mile this morning, 5.16. Way off where I was (5.03 last year but that was on the track) but about where I expected with a severe lack of quality training since March.

Great work Mark! How did it feel ? I was dry heaving for at least an hour after mine.

SKR I did an out and back and sort of lost concentration the second 400 before my turn. Second half was 6 seconds faster than first. Think if I paced it right could probably have been around 5.10 but it’s a killing solo distance!

I don’t plan to. Pretty certain in my mind it won’t go ahead. If it does I will turn up and see how it goes.

Not yet. I'm ticking over at a higher level than many autumns (thanks to Who Squares Wins) and will carry that on. I might start adding to my "long" run so that it might get to deserve that name in a month or so. I also don't think it will happen, and so will happily wait for three months to go before getting my program on.
