I blame you CW. I finished up doing just over 20k this morning.

A lazy day for me today - just some cleaning and lavishing love on the houseplants. I was going to take a gentle bimble along the coastal path and cliffs, but not in these winds ... Tomorrow.

Too cold to go for a run this evening so got on the erg for the first time in ages. Did 20 mins at a steady 18spm. I’d forgotten how uncomfortable the seat is!

Nice one PH. (I think I was on your patch last week. Went for a walk through Peel Park and spotted one of your fetchpoint flowers.)

Not one of mine Nellers, I’m a Londoner (south east). Had to look up Peel Park and can safely say I’ve never been there :-)

Hang on, if that’s in Salford then I have been up there, but only for work. Will actually be back up there later this week

Knew you wouldn't be able to resist a challenge, Nellers. Looks like the HM is on!

Hoping to be back on the rower today after a few enforced rest days with a bug over the weekend. Pothunter, you're right, the seat turns into some kind of torture instrument once you get over about 15 minutes. Has anyone tried using a C2 seatpad? I'm wondering if it's worth investing in one.

I've used the seat pad since day one, best 12 quid I ever spent - my bony ass is eternally grateful! :-)
