I waited until it stopped raining then went and ran through all the puddles and floods I could find, some of which was a bit questionable 🀒 it was a bit pongy and was coming up out of the drain and running down the road

Nice going everyone
A very muddy 13 and a bit mainly on the Chesterfield canal towpath. Forgot to stop the watch at 2:00.35 for the Kelvin Kiptum tribute long run. Did stop the watch at 2:00.55 when I finished so nearly judged it.

6 easy miles today down to and along the Thames and back. Wish I could find more off-road routes but it would feel odd to drive for longer than my run to get somewhere.

Didn't do my planned run as had the opportunity to run with a friend, so did his 8.5km easy run. We got rained on half way through!

Sounds like a nice change of plan ptr_runner

Just under 5 miles started with 5 mins or so in zone 1 HR then 20 mins zone 2 then last 12 mins zone 3. Nice run enjoyed the zone 3 part.
