Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

struggled with motivation due to a raging hangover :-p

BUT went out and did 9.8 miles of what should've been a 12 miler. ...better than nothing though.

Enjoyed it loads after first 3 miles...

*gardening*

Not in its most common form, just moving a load of concrete into a skip at the moment before moving a load of soil on top of the concrete before demolishing it further

what a rubbish day i'm having:
1) put petrol in the car, debit card rejected and no cash on me
2) left my security pass for work at home
3) accidently faxed a confidential document to 50 external sites
4) went to do some sprints at lunchtime, the park was full of schoolkids so went on a 4 mile run instead but my mind wasn't on it
5) got sore calf after 2 miles and had to stop
6) press stop on my stop watch and it reset to zero before i had a chance to look at the time.

and it's only lunchtime!!!
