Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No run this morning, but the plan to get up early regularly to make them possible is going well :)

Not today, but yesterday, nice long run up to the downs link and back. Wildlife, a few runners, no BMWs, no obstructive chavs, fantastic. Just berating myself for going out too quickly.

By the way, if you're the girl in the grey trackie bottoms who was near Southwater Country Park last night, doing walk-runs, for what it's worth, I reckon you were going far too hard on your run sections. But what do I know?

By the way - if you were that girl I saw in Clapham common in the small grey shorts and black Tshirt, you're officially cute. Send me a message and we should meet up for some training sessions

planned a spinning class - treadmill brick. Spining session went OK albeit a hard class. Run lasted 0.8k of the planned 10k before I decided my legs were tight, tired and generally not playing ball. probably down to yesterdays hard LR, but still hacked off.

So did a load of stretching instead, and tried out the Reebok foam rollers which did seem to do a reasonable impersonation of a sports massage, although not so deep or painful.

Today should have been rest day for me, as Monday is club night I thought I would go along for a gentle 3 miles, WRONG!, tonight it was efforts for everyone, Fartleks, so I did efforts and it took a lot of effort not to put effort into efforts, if you know what I mean, not quite effortless.
