Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Of course your run was important PPB. The fact you did it without passing out means you are improving all the time WELL DONE!!! Ignore my post about the 20 miles, the only chance I have of doing that is if I take my bike with me lol

my race today was tough work today on the treddy, punishing job of putting the treddy at total inclination and boy the work was like running up the hill, painful but worth it!!

I had a rather pleasant jaunt into work this morning - 6 and a bit miles. Took it nice and easy and it was SUNNY!! A bit or a rarity these days...

Yes Andrew 65 it's terminal. Apparently for my lottle tempo run this morning I soared to 27000ft, achieved a top speed of 2,500mph and did a quick forty miler all without my HR getting above 140BPM! Crikey I knew I had improved but I think it's fair to say the old Garmin might not have been 100% accurate :-)

Unless of course I was abducted by aliens and they mind wiped me so I didn't remember :-)
