Of course your run was important PPB. The fact you did it without passing out means you are improving all the time WELL DONE!!! Ignore my post about the 20 miles, the only chance I have of doing that is if I take my bike with me lol

my race today was tough work today on the treddy, punishing job of putting the treddy at total inclination and boy the work was like running up the hill, painful but worth it!!

Yes Andrew 65 it's terminal. Apparently for my lottle tempo run this morning I soared to 27000ft, achieved a top speed of 2,500mph and did a quick forty miler all without my HR getting above 140BPM! Crikey I knew I had improved but I think it's fair to say the old Garmin might not have been 100% accurate
Unless of course I was abducted by aliens and they mind wiped me so I didn't remember

Mine was ok............supposed to do 6.5, did 7.5 miles..........now icing knee as it wont stop whinging. Feel good that I did i though as I've been poo with my weekday runs for Abingdon.......
