Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You know Robbies video to tripping? The one where you see the upper body doing all the hard work - then you see his feet stuck to the floor? That was my run this morning. All effort, no style and truly terrible. Thank goodness I wasn't going long or quick. I stuck at it tho - please with meself in the end.

should have said off out!!

Did my 6 miles, shoud have been 61-66 mins, but was a wee bit too fast at 60 mins.

I don't usually see anyone on my runs but this evening there was this lovely looking guy running in the opposite direction as I turned a corner, and lo and behold I saw him again on the return run.mm rather tasty, but Max I didn't call out to him, we just exchanged polite smiles and a quick 'hi'

2nd run today! Just felt like it - a lot harder in the dark though, kept jarring legs on uneven pavements. DIdn't really run to a plan, just ran. Decided to push the last mile to test endurance. Pleased with the result.

Splits

8.05 8.42 8.53 8.56 9.01 7.14

Oh, and 100 miles this month!
