Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Its getting darker on a morning!

Yesterday was such hard work - and yet today, I could have kept going and going. Decided to stick to the plan and do me short one tho and then a 10K tomorrow - routine - must have routine! It didn't feel fast and yet I was happy to cover it in a smidge over 30 minutes.

I had a good 6 mile run, it rained from around 2 - 4 miles, what a lovely feeling :-), why is it that I can't seem to run as slowly as my training schedule suggeest I should, and does it make any real difference anyway???

Did 2 & a bit off road & calf ok. Pushed disabled bro-in-law round the forest in his wheelchair this afternoon. Blimey, hard work & wheelchairs tip very easily if you hit a rough patch. He's only 53 & has Lewy Body disease which is physical symptoms of Parkinsons coupled with dementia. Not nice. I promise never to complain about health stuff again.

You are so right BM, we do tend to forget how lucky we are.

What is your race number for Wroxham tomorrow? I am 293, I will look out for you.
