Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice run to work!! Got to fit them in when I can. Not one mile over 10 mins, happy with that.

Managed to miss the downpour so didn't get wet, always a good thing.

Went to a new running club to do a track session. It has restored a little bit of confidence, I am not as fat, slow and overweight as I thought I was. It would have been nice if a few more people were there, but it was good to do some faster running.

Wow 2 runs in a day for me:) OK they were both only 3 mile but heh it's something. The evening run was a lot steadier and save the hill at the end I felf good most of the way, and only 1 min slower than when I really pused it this morning.

Good to see someone else who appreciates mud as much as I do, MT! No run today as I'm alternating run/bike (aiming for tri training). 8 miles on the bike this morning, nearly all uphill & a wee bit of muddy track. I had mud in places that I never knew possible!! Fab ride though.

J - I like doing two runs in a day. Haven't done it for ages though.
