Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Took some effort to get out, but well worth it. Up canal, back down old railway. Very wet. Railway very overgrown, slippery rocks, then mud, then all three. Still, very pleased with time, not bad for a steady run. 11 miles total. Special thanks to fellow fetchies for getting me out the door in the first place.

13.1 mile training run. Averaged 6:47 min miles I think. Still had some aching in te legs from last week, so I reckon iof I did the run fresh I could go quicker, but felt really good out in the rain. Had a good stretch off afterwards and now I'm all prepared for Garburn next week.

Got over 130 miles in for the month and over 500 for the year now so pleased with that

bloody awful.

heading out the door and a guy from work called so I went over to help him out (on my day off). Finally got to Richmond park at about 1pm. Planned on 2 laps / 14 miles. Was in trouble by 10 and abandoned the run at 12 miles.

Yesterdays two tempo runs must have been too much for my legs. They had nothing left today. I had to walk 2 miles back to my car in the cold rain.

Just got in and have gone to bed. I'd kill for some icecream right now :\

Yes DaveA, you are correct, it was wet and cold in large portions. However, it was NOT as FAST as your run and probably never will be :-);-)
