Very positive - turned into a 50 minute time trial about half the way round in view of my 10k race next weekend & for last few miles I almost felt like a runner (apart from the lack of form or speed).

Velociraptor
Way too early for a creaky old dinosaur to be out and about.

Did 7.3 miles at just under 7 mm pace. Started off a bit wobbly, got into a decet stride, then went a bit wobbly towards the end. I think the effects of Windemere are still with my legs!
Gonna try a 13 miler tomorrow once my predicted hangovers gone.
Two pieces of good news from the run tho. 1: My earliest run since June/July last year (set off at 06:20). 2: 120 miles for the month on my training log, my highest monthly total (putting a marathon on the log isnt cheating is it?) Oh, and number 3!!! Another 7 miles and Ill have 500 for the year, which will mean an average of at least 100 miles per month despite being injured part of February.

Great - a whole slew of fetchies, raced BPTT 20 seconds faster than last week all though still miles away from my form, it's good to see it coming back.
Bought some new shoes too - going to take them out for a blast in a minute
