Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

Slow and leisurely, thats how I should describe it! Did a total of just over 7.5 miles with each mile being run at 10-10.30m/m although there were a few walk/rest/sunbathe on the hillside breaks which is perhaps cheating a little

but hey the dog and I both enjoyed it, and my legs are slowly turning from brilliant white to pale cream...

Lovely 20 miler along the Severn Estuary kept company by the local cows, funny little buggers they are, like to come for a run with me from time to time.

I'm using two bottles of FOR GOODNESS SHAKES, vanilla on the run instead of High 5 4:1 cos it's cheaper and nicer and hey presto, for the 2nd time using the stuff I PB'd yet again! The vanilla is best as it's low in fat, not like the chocolate. Contains different types of carbs, lactose, glucose, fructose and sucrose, 100g for the two bottles. Bloomin marvellous stuff, if you like milk, try it! Oh, and if it's hot, stick the 2nd bottle in the freezer until it's slushy-ish. Will be defrosted and cool when you drink it. :-)

Aberdeen Baker Hughes 10k - very wet and windy initially, got a thorough drenching lining up at the start, but run was fine. Hard struggle on the long straight into the wind, but very pleased to take part in my first race for 25 years!
