Did a tempo laps session today. Many of the races I do are laps of something so I try to train most weeks at least once in a laps environment.
Warm up Lap(felt like I was try to hard, always does before 5am) Quick Lap(pushed on but not exactly comfy) Cool down Lap(felt loose and went quicker than the warm up lap)
Runnings a funny thing

Yackadoo today. Even the rain didn't make it good. I'm sure it was all in my head but I felt rubbish and really thirsty for some reason.
