Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Not sure you could class what I did a run. Every time I tried to pick the treadie speed up my shin was agony. With FLM only 3 weeks away I'm not a happy camper.

Never meant to have another long run before London since I did Rome on the 18th, but what the hell, did 20 miles this morning and felt good. Away to New Orleans on Saturday so don't feel so guilty now about all the eating and drinking i'm going to be doing in the next week !!
Promise myself I will do a couple of short easy runs in the hotel gym............. maybe !

Gentle jaunt around the village today - still sore after my quicker effort on Tuesday so tonight was really just a "get out and stretch the legs" sort of effort... still ran a lot faster than I could when I started 2 months ago, which I am sure is a good thing! :)

Just dandy thanks, had been a bit lazy since race on Sunday, first few miles were taken gently, second half much better and felt exceeding happy on return. Crap weather mind.

First ever with my shirt tucked in :)

First ever recorded as sub 8 minute miling (yes it was flat out...*blush*) :)

First time for ages both knees turned up in full working order :)

Only three miles but it really felt good. :)
