Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Don't qualify for the grant OB as the charity couldn't (understandably) be specific where the money would be used. Bit of a pain but not the end of the world.

Will speak to my trainer later - it's his fizz. My old fizz is up in the City and I can't afford London prices at the mo. I changed my shoes only a few weeks ago - NB854's as always so should be ok. Did do a long run in the shoes I normally only wear for shorter stuff. They felt ok at the time but I suppose its possible that they might be the cause.

9.3 mile road run. 2nd run since Coniston on Saturday. I did a run round the local fields with the dog on Monday to stretch off, this was my 1st decent run back. Managed 2 miles then my calves started to get heavy, but kept going and finished in just over an hour. The weather was perfect and the traffic was light and I feel great now.
