Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Decided not to run this morning as shin still giving me some gyp. Am going to make appointment to get it checked out - all the other assorted aches and pains I've had lately have cleared up almost as soon as I'm aware of them but this just isn't going away. Want to make sure it's nothing to be concerned about.

Will try a run on the treadie tonight - be easier on the legs than the road and much easier to stop if I'm having probs.

Enjoyable slow trail run. Nice and calm with no wind for a change.

Oh well, better now than in a few weeks' time mx.

Having a real 'blonde' morning. Had really bad coughing fit - grabbed what I thought was the cough mixture bottle, only to discover it was in fact surgical spirit. Fortunately realised straight away and spat it out but what a complete dingbat!

I get up at 5:40, out the door by six.

Bathroom, teeth, water, dressed, stuff in the car, faff, sort music out, go. :)

Blimey. Alarm goes off at 6. Sometimes I manage to get out of bed by 6:30.
Running at that time? I tried it once but my joints didn't like the idea.
