Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Decided not to run this morning as shin still giving me some gyp. Am going to make appointment to get it checked out - all the other assorted aches and pains I've had lately have cleared up almost as soon as I'm aware of them but this just isn't going away. Want to make sure it's nothing to be concerned about.
Will try a run on the treadie tonight - be easier on the legs than the road and much easier to stop if I'm having probs.

Enjoyable slow trail run. Nice and calm with no wind for a change.

Pretty much mx, clothes laid out ready, bottle already had lucozade sport in it (instead of breakfast pre-run), Garmin locked and loaded.

Ultra Kazzaaaaah!!
Oh well, better now than in a few weeks' time mx.
Having a real 'blonde' morning. Had really bad coughing fit - grabbed what I thought was the cough mixture bottle, only to discover it was in fact surgical spirit. Fortunately realised straight away and spat it out but what a complete dingbat!

I get up at 5:40, out the door by six.
Bathroom, teeth, water, dressed, stuff in the car, faff, sort music out, go.

Blimey. Alarm goes off at 6. Sometimes I manage to get out of bed by 6:30. Running at that time? I tried it once but my joints didn't like the idea.
