Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A cracking 9miles round Llandudno and the Great Orme - best weather I've run round the Orme in and probably best views (normally wet and windy!!)

It didn't really feel cold in my shorts but it must have been because parts of the river were frozen. Run started out quite bad. Shoes felt like pillows & legs felt like they were trapped in glue. Got into a stride about 4 miles in though & the run was enjoyable after that.

Left calf tightened up on the last 3 miles & I'm a bit worried that it might be the start of something.

7 minutes faster for the same heart rate range (70-75% WHR) as last week so quite happy. Cold air brought on my asthma lungs seem to have opened up a bit after a cup of tea

Very cold 7.48 miles. Painful to breathe mainly due to nose. Managed it though and feel better for doing so. Roll on Spring :-)
