Really nice. Did a 5.6m loop that I often do, and took it easy (70% WHR ceiling). Despite the recovery HR, the pace was 7:36, over 30s per mile quicker than 3 weeks ago when I started training harder again. Happy days :-)

managed 12 miles on a treadie today, and a very gentle 9mm pace

never done that before, and it wasn't too bad. It was the only way I could run and watch the England match
