Miss Minx
Despite the sciatic pain of Friday and yesterday, I managed my LSR of 9.4miles not too badly. Went through a pain barrier or two and needed to stop and stretch at one point. I'm feeling nervous at how my back will feel tomorrow though - think I'll book a massage this week.

Good stuff BB
Yeah I was going anti-clockwise too. Stepping up to 3 laps the week after next so I might skip the tempos on Saturday & just do a recovery run then.

Some excellent long runs today! Not for me though 5.5 mile XC race last in series in flattish but not as flat as you think Nowton Park. 69th & average 7.07 pace so happy with that.
Get yourself to Jo ML. Still a fab time. Well done!
