Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Last night, 10pm. Breezy side on from the west but dry and refreshingly cool. Headed N along beach to pick up the prom by The Serpentine. Looped back over Burbo Bank, then well travelled trails to Westward View before beaching it almost to the orange channel marker and crossing to the prom. Back dunes trail & the job was done. 62 min.

Today is the last xc-ski day for the group of British that the SO and I have been looking after. I ran down to one of the minimal downhill slopes that some of them have been using, and back.

Nice easy run through some local woods to a old footy pitch for some running drills and strides. Run back home through the woods. Wind had a bit of a chill to it so glad I went for a light jacket on

My woofer is home so a brilliant 10 with her this morning. Lovely on the trails, it's gone cold.

Marvellous. First parkrun in I-don’t-know-how-long. Took my time and jogged round thanking the volunteers and saying well done to everyone. Got lapped twice by the fastest few. No pain, no problems. A bit chilly though.

Good news, Nellers :)

Parkrun for me too. Volunteered and appreciated being thanked even though I was in the jammy run marshal role.

With Fetchies, crossing bridges, and ending with lunch. Therefore perfect.
