Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Nice running everyone lots a variety and experiences today
3 hour time on feet run with 2 main aims 1)spending 3 hours running 2) getting my nutrition right to run for 3 hours with no blood sugar problems

Both aims achieved with 19.8 miles in the 3 hours. Mainly easy off road

That looks really beautiful, riggys! I didn't take any pics on my run but it was nice - not quite as scenic as your course.

Gobi, I know the dry cough after mile time trials but taste of blood :-o I hope you're alright today.

As busy tonight as it was last summer solstice: 200 or so braved a cool night. Unfortunately, cloud robbed them of a chance to see the Northern Lights. Some foolhardy types strayed way too far down the beach and Coastguard officers' bright torches raked the soft sand, rounding up those stuck in the mud :-o

My run was mundane by comparison: south past lakes and to the beach by the boulder wall, then a long beach stretch, shadowy figures visible only by reflective features on clothing and shoes. Coastal park, baths, prom and cyc pth/trail to finish off. 61 min.
