Second run of the day on a slightly harder course at a slightly easier pace. Really taking it easy and looking forward to not running tomorrow. I have a 60 min cycle but it will be my first non run day for 3 weeks

Brilliant. 3.5 miles in 27.00, which is pretty fast for yours truly. Plus some enjoyable cross-training. Luvin it!

Fantastic! Lovely run with Siouxsie involving lots of talking & at a decent pace too (running and talking). Thought it had been a bit of head clearer... apparently not. Still a great run though

6.2 miles - Confusing ! as I didn't have my Garmin set up properly (downloaded updates), so no pace alerts or 1 k lap alerts !
Eventually relaxed and tried to enjoy it

2nd run with headlight - pitch black as soon as get to end of road - absolutely no lighting round the country lanes. A hilly 4.25miles round the village. Really nice to get out for some peace and quiet. A really enjoyable run.

horrible 10k recovery run on the gym treadie. Everything was aching, including the sore nips and the bits caught up in the shorts! Scenery was good.
Sorry, TMI!
